Nicole Pitz

Nicole obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall University. She was an active part of her law school community, including presiding as President of the Mental Health Law Society and participating in the annual Mock Trial. Nicole also took part in several advocacy seminars and courses dedicated to dispute resolution and trial advocacy skills.

During law school, Nicole summered with a Criminal Crown Attorney’s office where she prosecuted offences and handled sentencing hearings. Nicole completed her articles with an in-house legal team, carrying her own independent file load and overseeing Small Claims Court files and matters before the Provincial Offences Court. Her passion for advocacy and client-focused approach makes her a passionate and dedicated litigator.

When not in the office, Nicole can be found exploring Ontario’s parks and forests or trying a new workout class. Nicole is also a former Assistant Coach with Special Olympics and is a continued supporter of the organization.
