Jeremy is currently developing a practice in insurance fraud, insurance defence, and professional liability. Before joining the firm, Jeremy articled with a prominent commercial litigation firm in Toronto, and gained valuable experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
Jeremy obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa, where he was able to hone his advocacy skills through mooting competitions. His team won first place in the Nelligan Moot, and took semi-final place in the Willem C. Vis Moot.
Prior to law school, Jeremy worked as a class action communications clerk for a reputable full-service firm in Toronto, where he would speak to hundreds of class members on behalf of the firm. There, Jeremy developed a practice of listening carefully to client needs and delivering solutions which mattered to those clients. Jeremy brings that same empathetic and client-centered approach into his legal practice.
When outside the office, Jeremy enjoys cooking for his friends, and he is slowly mustering the courage to challenge his grandmother to a cook off. He is also an avid reader, and has at least 3 audiobooks on deck at any moment because he lacks self-control.
