Grace Tran

Grace pushes to see her files move quickly and has an eye for detail.

Grace is currently developing a practice in fraud, professional liability, and insurance litigation. Before joining the firm, Grace worked at an international commercial and investment arbitration firm in Vienna, Austria. There, she assisted on complex multimillion dollar construction and engineering disputes.

Grace obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she grew her passion for advocacy through mooting. Grace competed in several moot competitions, including an international moot in Sweden where she received the Best Advocate award after obtaining the highest individual score out of over 350 advocates globally. Following law school, Grace articled at a reputable full-service firm in Ottawa where she further honed her litigation skills. Grace has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Provincial Offences Court.

In a former life, Grace was a classical piano teacher and you can find her brushing up on her technique when not at work. Otherwise, you can find Grace on a volleyball court or trying to teach her new puppy Ksana to stop eating her shoes.
