Enthusiastic and results-oriented, Emily is a prominent insurance and business litigation lawyer.
Her litigation practice focuses on the defence of financial and construction professionals. She also provides coverage advice to insurance companies and assists them in managing and resolving complex coverage litigation.

She has developed a reputation for being able to resolve difficult disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration, while maintaining her skills to resolve the dispute in Court. She has represented clients at all levels of Court in both British Columbia and Ontario and has considerable trial experience.

Emily practiced at a well-respected full service law firm in Vancouver with a focus on insurance and commercial litigation. She moved back to Ontario to be closer to her family in 2013, and for several years enjoyed practicing at a recognized top insurance defence boutique.
